Episode 6 – Portable Water Containment Systems

7 December 2009 in Bottles and Cups

We’re really proud of this episode.  Very exciting episode about water bottles.  Ben and Josh talk about a couple Nalgene and Klean Kanteen bottles. Make sure you’re sitting down for this one.

Words of wisdom, as spoketh in this episode:

  • “It’s almost like the small top could fit inside the bigger top.” – Ben
  • “If you drink out of this bottle, you’re not supposed to die.” – Josh
  • “The Huffy Max Sport really doesn’t have a good place to store any sort of water bottle.  It’s just not that type of bike.  It’s more of a special bike.” – Ben

As always, please check out the rest of our videos for more reviews of camping gear and accessories.  They will make you smarter.  And leave a comment :)

So, I have a few comments… Happy to see another episode, you guys are great. Ben, it takes a special guy to ride a special bike, LOL. I have to weigh in on the bottle debate, here's my two cents…I prefer a wide mouth, with a small opening on a removable lid. That might not make sense, but the wide mouth allows for an automatic ice dispenser to fill the bottle, right from the fridge. Can't wait for episode 7 and beyond!!! Best of Luck to you guys!

Hey Missy :) Thanks for the compliments! I think you make a good point,
ease of use at the fridge is important. I know Nalgene makes some bottles
like you're talking about. Thanks a bunch for stopping by.
