I bet this only come in Unisex sizes which means they are not “fatboy friendly” aka they don’t come in lardazz sizes. But That only bugs me because you chatted it up well.

The only place to wear these pants is during a rain in camp. You would not want to hike in pants like these because you would sweat to death and over heat. The elastic waist would be a pain to keep up when wearing a pack. It is evident that you don’t do much long distance hiking.
